I have a lot to post about over the last few days....mainly words & not a lot of photos, but I needed to start with this story as it just puts a smile to my face whenever I think about it!
Last night we didn't head out to dinner until 7pm. The kids rode their bikes and Ryan, Dad, Sharon, and I walked. We got to the restaurant and before dinner could arrive Wyatt fell asleep snuggled up on GrandDaddy's lap. We all thoroughly enjoyed dinner and around 830pm started to walk home. Wyatt was still sound asleep in Ryan's arms, so we had to get Wyatt's bike home. I asked Sayre if she would ride Wyatt's bike and I cold ride hers. A true site to be seen. Sayre and I raced to the top of the hill and she asked me if she looked foolish (she's getting to that age that she thinks about these things) and my response to her was simple....You don't look any more foolish than I do and I DON'T CARE! She quickly responded "Yeah, I don't care either" as her legs started to rapidly peddle the little bike.
It was hilarious to watch her on the bike, which means that it was even more hilarious to see me on her bike! It was fantastic!
We cackled and raced the whole was home. Laughing at ourselves and having the most wonderful moment ever!
