It didn't hit us nearly as bad as they had thought. We have a lot of yard debris but nothing major. The flickered a few times, but never went out. The wind was fairly strong and consistent, but again, the power never went out.
My home town and many other southern Vermont towns, however, did not fair so well. All lower Main Street in Brattlboro was completely flooded. The town of Jamaica was completely destroyed. A lot of roads around town were knocked out. It's a mess! Both parent's houses are fine. But the town won't be itself for a long time!
