Friday night we dined at our favorite fried seafood restaurant. At 10:30pm my stomach started to cramp. 2:30am vomit. Cramping, horrific. 5:30am vomit. Feel a bit better. Massive headache and mild stomach cramping. 7:00am - go to coach running group - I felt horrible, but I love my ladies. 9:00am home & back to bed until 830am this morning. Ate breakfast, stomach is still tender. Getting there. IT SUCKS!
