So...this picture definitely requires an explanation. Ryan committed to his sales team that if they reached a certain goal he would grow his hair out for 8 weeks. This is the style he is going for. This is going to be a long (no pun intended) 8 weeks (oh and he tacked on another challenge that may require him to grow his hair until Christmas!) God help us all!
