For the first time ever we are home for Christmas day. Just the 4fleets. It's lovely and the kids are thoroughly enjoying playing with their things and just relaxing. We started the day around 6:45am. Ryan and I came down, made coffee, and then let the kids come down. After presents I made monkey bread. It's delicious!! Then I made the gooey butter cake for this afternoon's dessert. The turkey is now in the oven, the kids are outside (it's snowing!!!!) and I'm just relaxing a bit. The only thing that is driving me nuts is the fact that I can't find 2 of Ryan's stocking gifts. They've disappeared!!! It's really really driving me nuts!!!! I'll probably do a blog post in June about how I found them!!! Arg!!!

| Yup that's little pieces of biscuits, rolled in cinnamon and sugar, stuffed in a pan, then brown sugar and butter are poured over it before baking! Oh yeah, and a little powered sugar on top once cool....yum!! |
