Yahoo! I'm actually really excited that school is done. I may regret saying those words in a few short weeks, but as of right now I really am excited to have them home. We surprised the kids with new bikes yesterday and they couldn't be more excited (Ryan's got the video, I'll post it soon).
Wyatt will be entering Mrs. Ly's class in the fall and we couldn't be more thrilled. He has some wonderful friends in his class next year so everyone's happy.
Sayre is leaving Blue Point School and heading across town to Wentworth, which houses the 3rd - 5th grades. Sayre's new teacher is Mrs. Antz, she's a multi-age teacher which means Sayre will be in with 3rd and 4th graders. Sayre also has some good friends in the class and most of her close friends are in her wing (which means they will share a lunch and recess) - She's happy as well.
Yes - we have been counting down the days until school is out! We're so excited to be done with school for the summer!!!
