Wyatt's Teeth

I'm afraid that I'm becoming a bit lackadaisical in regards to photos and blogging.

But I'll try harder.  I promise.

Wyatt has lost 2 teeth over the last 2 weeks.  On the same side of his mouth, one on top of the other.

This weekend we are building Sayre a loft bed.  Ever since we built Wyatt's bed into the wall Sayre has asked that we build her something.  Ryan and Sayre spent a few months tossing around ideas and they decided on something similar to a bed from pottery barn.  Instead of spending nearly $1500 on a new bed, we're going to build it for under $300 (including paint & finishing touches).  I love that Ryan is very handy and that we enjoy projects like this.  We spend our Friday night in the garage making all the cuts and building the ladder.  Today we will start building.  We are going to paint most of the bed the same color as her walls so that it just blends in to the background.  However, certain sections will be painted different colors for a fun accent.

The kids will be done with school on Tuesday (half day).  This summer they will attend 3 weeks (1 week of farm camp and 2 weeks at Sports Camp) camp, spend 2 weeks in Vermont, spend 2 weeks here with my Auntie Pat from Tennessee.  All other time will be spent in Maine with a nanny or with me at the office stuffing envelopes  - child labor!!
