So this little thing just turned 11. Wow.
She wanted a cowboy ribeye from the Rosemont. I ordered it a few weeks ago, explaining that my daughter was turning 11 and this is what she wanted for dinner. When I picked it up today I was beyond thrilled to learn that they didn't give us a cowboy ribeye, but had given us a "cowgirl" ribeye. It was awesome!!!!
A gorgeous gelato cake for her dessert! So yummy!!
